One of those days

I’m having one of those days. It’s Friday, the week has been so busy, except for the two days I took off, and now I’m waiting. There’s a lull, I’m waiting for a package to arrive, for an email to arrive, for the phone to ring. Some impetus to action. Though I know I should probably retract that, as whatever comes in is likely to be far worse than the silence preceeding it. Maybe I’ll just find something to do on my own.

Chris Locke and others

Chris Locke and others often talk about companies learning to speak with voice. This Message from Warren Buffett reminds us that, even in some of the largest corporations that would seem to be devoid of human presence, there are voices that can be heard. I think that letters like these, simple as they are to distinguish from the usual marketing tripe out there, are instructive.
